Digambar Yadav, who sustained injury in police firing in Maleth and was reported as dead, is alive and his treatment is going on at Dharan-based BP Koirala Institute of Health Sciences (BPKIHS) .Earlier, the United Democratic Madhesi Front (UDMF) had enlisted Yadav as deceased in its press release issued after the Maleth firing and number of medias had followed it.Three individuals were killed when police opened fire in Maleth, Saptari to take control over the situation. The UDMF cadres were staging protest against the mass meeting of the CPN-UML as a part of the Mechi-Mahakali Campaign on Monday. Digambar Yadav along with at least 11 others had sustained injuries in the firing and later reported as dead.
